Kingmoor Park occupies a 400acre site to the north of Carlisle with direct access to the M6 and the recently completed Carlisle Northern Development Route. Since 2008, Architects Plus have provided architectural design services for the management company, Kingmoor Park Properties Limited.

During this time we have prepared site masterplans, landscape plans, feasibility studies and design proposals which have resulted in the successful completion by the practice of a number of new build industrial units and a significant number of industrial extension and alteration projects.
