Architects Plus first became involved with this successful retail village in 2003 with the commission to design and build phase 2 of the development. A total of twenty two units of varying size were built as an extension to the original ‘street’.

The practice has most recently been involved with phase 3, identifying areas for expansion, obtaining consents and constructing a further series of units for retail use, currently occupied by NEXT and Pizza Express. The practice has also been involved with the extension and re-planning of the car park provision, plus various internal alteration and fit-out projects for new and relocating tenants.
