Working on behalf of Castles and Coasts Housing Association, the refurbishment works of the Grade II Listed former Business Information Centre at 4-5 Paternoster Row are progressing well with a scheduled completion in early 2022.

The works to bring this redundant building back to life include an entirely new interior and highly insulated external envelope that will help save over 5 tonnes of carbon emissions. Listed Building Consent has also been received to install a photovoltaic array of 34 roof mounted panels that will generate an estimated yield of 9660 kWh per annum. The interior spaces are designed to adapt to a more agile workforce with open seating arrangements and a series of meeting pods, bookable office spaces and a new large central atrium that will be used as a social hub for the entire building.
