The practice were appointed for full architectural services from inception through to completion to obtain and prepare planning, building regulations, construction and contract administration for a traditional one-off four bedroomed, three reception house for a local domestic client, constructed by a local building contractor.

The project features natural slate and locally sourced red sandstone and incorporates photovoltaic solar panels, underfloor heating and high performance triple glazed composite timber and aluminium windows. Internally the project features a large gallery landing with adjoining glazed balcony with views through sliding windows overlooking the countryside beyond.
