The practice were approached by Komatsu Forest Ltd to design a new office and workshop facility, for the sale and servicing of their vehicles and equipment. Following development of the design brief, a planning application was submitted and approved. A period of technical design followed to complete tender information, including  structural design, mechanical and electrical design and quantity surveying.  After a competitive tender proces, Cubby Construction Ltd were appointed as Main Contactor. The project is now on site and due for phased completion in Autumn 2023.
