Pioneer Foodservice approached Architects Plus in 2012 for the design of their new flagship Foodstore.  The relationship between Architects Plus and Pioneer is long standing, having completed a number of projects together.  The Foodstore is a new venture to significantly extend their client base and incorporate a first floor coffee lounge to showcase their food.  Within the business estate, the building incorporates elements of industrial architecture, along with a carefully selected pallet of materials that reflects the high quality approach of the company.

Internally the building continues to provide the striking and engaging spaces that the building demands to deliver this flagship store and to showcase the excellent produce.  A cylindrical staircase to the coffee shop and a balcony onto the double height foodhall, adds to the sense of theatre and impressive interior design.

Architects Plus have greatly enjoyed working with Pioneer and a number of contractors, consultants and designers to deliver this fantastic foodstore, which opened in 2019.  A real team effort with amazing results.
