Linstock, Cumbria

Linstock Barn is a large private dwelling converted from late 18th century agricultural buildings. Originally three buildings, Architects Plus developed the design to combine the threshing barn, byre and cart store into one large modern dwelling while retaining many of the original features. The use of an air source heat pump, high levels of insulation and innovative LED lighting has resulted in a highly energy efficient home with many unique features and spaces.
