At Architects Plus our staff are key to our success as a company and we actively support and encourage our staff development. Our ethos is to have an open and trusting relationship with our staff, clients and other stakeholders. We actively encourage staff to contribute to project and company strategies and we empower our staff to take ownership of their projects and support them in their decision making. We pride ourselves on having an office environment which is welcoming and inclusive, and we have developed an office culture of engagement and support.

All our staff are fully qualified and chartered members of their respective professional bodies. In addition, many of our staff hold specialist qualifications.

She has worked with a diverse range of clients from local authorites, private developers to housing associations and has significant experience small scale projects working closely with local charities, trusts, community groups and individual clients.

He has undertaken a number of projects that require sensitivity to historic contexts and is an riba conservation registrant.

Basia has a passion for construction and loves the techncial aspects of any project. She is one of the only certified passivhaus designers in Cumbria and has considerable experience of sustainable design, renewable technologies and their technical implementation. Her exceptional eye for detail translates through in her knowledge of architectural technology and construction detailing in new build, retrofit and conversion projects.
