Architects Plus offer a full range of professional architectural services from initial brief analysis, detailed design proposals, through to contract administration and project management for any scale of development from intimate domestic alterations to large scale, complex construction projects.

Project Safety and Waste Management
Architects Plus’ sister company, A P Project Safety offers clients clear guidance regarding the Construction Design & Management Regulations (2007) as well as the services of suitably qualified CDM-Coordinators. The company has two qualified CDM-Coordinators, both of whom are registered members of the Association of Project Safety and have many years of experience within the construction industry.
Site Waste Management Plan Client Adviser. A P Project Safety can also offer the service of providing job specific documentation as required under the Site Waste Management Plans Regulations 2008. This role can be combined with that of CDM-Coordinator for the purposes of attending meetings and reviewing documents and designs, making more efficient use of our Client’s resources.
Energy Assessment and Sustainable Design Guidance
Our accredited energy assessors can provide a full service for domestic energy assessments with guidance and regular monitoring of projects as they progress. We can also provide SAP energy assessments and Energy Performance Certificates.
Architects Plus can also offer advice on both domestic and commercial environmental design, including guidance on appropriate renewable technologies, sustainable products and construction techniques. Our qualified assessors can also provide guidance on achieving Code for Sustainable Homes ratings, Lifetime Homes standards as well as daylight factor and water usage calculations.
