Architects Plus takes Health and Safety issues seriously and actively seeks to minimise hazards and reduce risks as far as possible within its designs. The practice is aware of its obligations under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and has been involved in addressing all aspects of these regulations since the original legislation came into force in 1994. AP Project Safety is the CDM-coordinator division of Architects Plus and offers clients guidance regarding the CDM Regulations as well as suitably qualified CDM coordinators.

The company has two qualified CDM – coordinators both of whom are registered members of the Association of Project Safety and have many years experience in the construction industry.
