The appeal to raise funds for a new Carlisle Mencap children's respite centre was launched in the offices of Architects Plus this week. It is to be named the Grace Little Centre after a millionaire who has donated £190,000. The centre will have four fully accessible bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms plus a lounge and dining area.
